MMC Software Canada Corporation

MMC Software Canada Corporation (MMC) is registered in the Province of British Columbia to do business both provincially and Inter-Provincially. MMC holds an Exclusive Licensing Agreement from MMC Software International Corp.

In moving forward MMC has adopted the following key vision and objectives:

  1. To offer a socially responsible software product that will safeguard all age groups, save lives, reduce injuries, risk-related crashes and minimize the financial and social costs these occurrences represent to society.
  2. Establish the creation of the Aislinn Education & Safety Foundation in order to work in partnership with non-profit, institutional accounts and all related stakeholders, while creating awareness of the business model through the delivery of the MY SAFE RIDE HOME® related benefits.

Designed as an Educational and Intervention tool the MY SAFE RIDE HOME® program can assure people can get home safely and with priority queuing. MMC has gained important "In Market" experience with the launch of its software in Victoria, British Columbia, January 2008. Accounts, in varying stages of development include:

  1. The BC School Trustees Association (BCSTA) has endorsed the merits of the program.
  2. The BC Centre for Safe Schools & Communities is currently negotiating with the Aislinn Education & Safety Foundation with a view to offer our MSRH program to every middle-school aged student and secondary school student throughout the Province.
  3. The University of the Fraser Valley Student Union Society (UFVSUS) is the first of the post-secondary institutions to come on board with our program. Commencing September 2009, every student will have our MSRH program integrated into their U-Pass Program.
  4. MMC is working with Corporate Accounts who are purchasing our program for their employees and/or looking to brand our program as their own.
  5. Provincial Govt. interest in Eastern Canada has been identified with an interest in making our MSRH program available to all licensed drivers and students alike.
  6. State and County interest within the State of California.
  7. Insurance Companies that are looking at providing our service model to their clients as a "Risk-Intervention" tool, here in Canada and Australia.
  8. Value-added Integration of our MSRH program with secondary service programs. I.e . We are currently integrating a 2nd "Purse" on our MSRH card in support of "Socially Responsible Vending" with Ryan Vending Ltd. of Victoria. This combination will offer an effective "Allowance" tool to ensure "Healthy Food Choices" are being accessed each school day, with participating schools.

MMC Software Canada Corp. received the endorsement of the National Association of Antique Automobile Car Clubs of Canada at its AGM in Toronto on November 24th, 2007. With upwards of 10000 car clubs on board, invitations to market their program as the NAAACCC – MY SAFE RIDE HOME® program in their own communities is underway. This particular approach will be offering their members a unique service model, while at the same raising needed dollars for the respective charities they clubs represent. Interests from other organizations like that of P.A.R.T.Y. (Prevent Alcohol Risk Related Trauma in Youth) and Mr. Hugh Rowland of Ice Road Truckers fame, will be reviewing the merits of the MY SAFE RIDE HOME® program. Private companies are expressing interest in the program as a means of mitigating their liability.

In order to assure that market share take-up is optimized by both the private sector and that of the institutional and non-profit sector, MMC has created the Aislinn Education & Safety Foundation as a non-profit organization. Both will target the private and non-profit market respectively. In doing so, MMC has awarded the Aislinn Foundation an exclusive license on its software.

MMC's software presents a socially responsible message while providing assistance to these organizations in meeting their financial needs. It is important to note that MY SAFE RIDE HOME® program can be applied to any demographic (i.e. child, adolescent, senior or non-driver) and under any circumstance wherein an individual or group needs to get home safely.

To assure MMC meets its obligations in year one the following objectives have been achieved:

  1. Secure one or more major sponsors for the pilot launch within Greater Victoria. The service is now being used in communities from Greater Victoria through to Nanaimo.
  2. To enter into agreements with a variety of non-profit groups in British Columbia, Canada in year-one and a number of non-profit and institutional organizations in year-two of operation. The University of the Fraser Valley Student Union Society is the first to commit to a five-year contract. Discussions are underway with nine (9) other post secondary institutions in BC/AB/ON; and with an invitation from one Prov. Govt. in the Maritime Provinces.
  3. To recover 100% of all operating costs, including the costs of creating the Aislinn Education & Safety Foundation within year-two of operation.
  4. Work toward securing one or more International Agency Agreements (IAA) interested in acquiring the licensing rights to our software within the first 3yrs. This will provide the Aislinn Education & Safety Foundation with the ability to grow its licensing agreements; generate additional capital; and expand its base with the deployment of the MY SAFE RIDE HOME® program. Agreements have been reached for a Partnership in Australia, and with negotiations underway for both New Zealand and the USA.
  5. Allocate upwards of 50% of all non-redemption revenues with the Aislinn Education & Safety Foundation accounts for re-investment with our specific stakeholders.
